First off Kill Bandos Boss a few times well until you get A Rune Cbow
Then Get Some Rune Arrows (Goto Quest Tab Scroll down and click Range Set (Has Rune Arrows In It) )
Then type this

Then use the Rune Cbow With a Rune Arrow and you hit very high!
